Let’s work together! ☆ THIS LISTING ☆ This listing is a design fee for 100% custom save the dates. You will select and purchase either prints or digital files *AFTER* you approve your design samples via email. This rate include the custom design work, prints are a separate fee. ☆ HOW ARE ILLUSTRATIONS CREATED? ☆ All of my custom illustrations are created based off of submitted questionnaire information + photos of the people, pets, and locations the clients provide. I create each illustration from sketch to final print in my art studio. ☆ DESIGNS ☆ -☆ CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDES ☆ (1) 5.65″ x 13″ Invitation (designed for front and back printing) – (1) custom illustration of the happy couple – a custom background for the invite card portion (landscape or an illustration of the exterior of your ceremony or reception site) – (1) custom pet illustration, if you so choose – add additional pets here: https://www.chicks-n-hens.com/product-page/add-a-pet-animal-or-child-to-your-design-design-fee – wedding flowers of your choice – choice of a custom illustrated map based on your wedding location, OR a custom illustration of the exterior of your ceremony or reception site (PLEASE NOTE: the custom map will be created in similar detail as those shown throughout my site. Multiple, small illustrations on top of the map will have an additional design fee.) – your choice of colors and font ☆ PRINTS ☆ Your invitations will be printed on 80 lb matte card stock (perfect for folding). Each piece will be inspected and cut by hand to ensure quality. 5.65″x13″ Folded Invitation (double sided) *Photographed with custom scalloped envelopes, you cam find these in my Etsy shop. White main (4×6) envelopes and white RSVP (4×5) envelopes will come free! Upgraded envelopes are available for a fee. A list of upgrade options will be emailed to you upon purchase. ☆ PROCESS ☆ – Purchase the package you would like and I will email over a questionnaire to begin the design process. – You can take your time filling out the questionnaire and return it via email. – Initial design samples will be delivered via email. You can make up to 6 individual minor changes to your designs for free. Additional revisions or extensive revisions (where portions of the design must be redone) will incur a revisions fee (quote provided if needed). – After the sample are approved via email prints will be available for purchase. The production phase for printing will begin when samples are approved and prints are purchased. Prints will ship after the production phase concludes via Priority Mail through the USPS with tracking and insurance. ☆ TIMING ☆ – See images for timeline. The quoted “regular timing” is a rough estimate. Timing varies, as each project is unique. – For rush orders, contact me. ☆ NOTE ☆ Due to the complexity in printing digital files are not available for folded invitations, and rush orders are not available for folded invitations.
