This listing shows photos of my wildflowers hand painted stationery suite which you add to with pantings of your wedding venue, pets, or any other details to personalise. THE PROCESS: 1. Send me a message with your wedding date, venue, when you are hoping to send out your wedding invites or save the dates, any ideas you might already have. I aim to respond within a working day to let you know if I have availability. 2. We’ll find a time for a short, no obligation, free consultation video call to discuss various options, your wedding theme & inspiration, what you like and don’t like, budget, timescales and anything else. Budget for wedding invite design with florals and at least one detailed painting of your venue starts at $650 USD (Approx. 505 British Pounds) – and varies from there depending on how intricate and bespoke you want to go. On the call I can give you an idea of what’s possible with various budgets. 3. You can go away and decide whether having me do your stationery feels like a good fit or not, if it does, then you pay this deposit to secure the design slot & timeline we talked about on the call. 4. I’ll send you a black and white rough pencil plan of layout and paintings for your stationery, with a full price breakdown so you can see what I’ve done with the budget you want to work to. I quote for printing and assembly separately, if thats something you’re looking for. You can decide whether to add anything or take anything away. 5. I’ll make any revisions and send you an invoice. Once you’ve paid the artwork portion, I’ll get started painting for you! 6. I’ll keep you updated with photos and videos throughout the process, and you can give me as much input as you like. 7. I send you a digital proof version to check over, we make any changes you’d like, and then its time to print, assemble & send it all out! ——————————————- OTHER STATIONERY POSSIBILITIES: As well as invites & save the dates, you could use the paintings for: – Gifts! I’ll post you the original painting for you to frame and keep – or give away! – Signage: Welcome sign, (with or without timeline of the day), Card/gift table sign, Guest book sign, Table numbers, Table plan sign layout, How to use Polaroid camera & replace the film signs, directions & parking signs. – Order of service and vow booklets – Menus and place setting name cards – His/hers cocktail menus – Save the dates as paper or email design – Thank you cards – How we met story invite insert – Destination wedding mini guidebook invite insert – Destination wedding guest arrival information booklet (incl. transport and taxi info, mini guidebook, agenda for the trip with all the info about each event, and anything else you want to share with your guests!) – Anything else you like! I’m happy to help you make that happen in any way that I can! ——————————————- PRINTING OPTIONS Digital file only – paintings & layout: If you decide to print and assemble yourself locally, I’ll send you a digital PDF for print, and give you printing instructions to help you get the best result from your printing and assembly. I’m also happy to communicate directly with whatever print shop you choose. Digital delivery is free, but you’ll have to pay postage cost of the original painting to wherever you are in the world if you want to keep them. Completed invites: If you chose to have your invitations delivered printed and completely finished ready to post, I’ll send you options to choose from for card stock, envelope colours & textures, and extras like envelope printing/calligraphy, ribbons, dried flowers, belly bands and wax seals. For the budget conscious (because lets face it, weddings get expensive!!) your prints can also be sent to you unassembled so you can do this at home. I can send you a list of what you will need to be able to do this. I have printing bases in the UK and USA, but deliver worldwide for an additional postage cost.
