After making the purchase, please get in touch with us and discuss your custom ideas, and we will arrange extra relevant items in the sample pack for you. Samples are shipped within 5 biz days after the purchase through the regular post office route unless expedited shipping service is requested. Please allow 10-14 days for international mail. If you don’t see the mail coming after 3 weeks, please notify us. ♥ OUR PRICING on ACTUAL INVITE ORDER Please contact us for a quotation on your custom order. Kindly provide us with information on quantity, the type of items and custom ideas, etc. The more we know about the order, the better and closer our quotation estimate will be. Do not feel obliged that you have to order a full set or stick 100% to the design shown in the images. In fact, your order should be fully customizable by every measure. Our custom design fee starts from $120 and increases depending on the complexity of the project. Minor tweaks to our current design shown on the listing images will not bear any extra design cost. We offer both digital files (i.e. you will print on your own) as well as printed physical invitations. ♥ OUR PROCESS on INVITE ORDER 1. Proofing Please shoot us the wording, ideally in a word document, along with pictures of your venue/landscape, to our email address sweetdatesprints [!at] gmail.com. We will then create a first draft for you, usually in a pencil sketch, in about 7-10 days. After 1 or 2 rounds, if you are good with our quote and wish to go in our direction, we will proceed to payment. 2. Payment At this stage, a deposit or full payment is required before we move on to further refining the proof. Proofs will be revised until you are fully satisfied. However, we advise you to take time to review each proof carefully, show your fiancé and family, and make sure there are no grammatical errors. Rather than lots of separate messages with individual changes whenever possible, it would be very helpful if you could take time and make a list of changes you want. 3. Production After final approval of the proof and full payment, production shall start. Any revision after the final confirmation, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We would require 2-3 weeks for production. In case of a rush timeline, please still let us know. 4. Shipping Though we are based in Vietnam, international shipping will only take 4-5 business days, using trusted carrier DHL/UPS/FedEx with a tracking number provided. The shipping fee would be around $60-$100 depending on the weight of the package. ♥ SOME NOTES ON OUR FINISHED PRODUCTS – The final products, when shipped out, will be unassembled. Assembly service is available upon request. -There will be self-adhesive (a line of dry glue) on the flap of the RSVP envelopes (small envelope). For the invitation envelope – the big envelopes with pre-fitted envelope liner, we will provide you with double-sided tape used for closing off the envelopes. ♥ REFUND & CANCELLATION Please contact me with any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. I am more than happy to work together to find a solution to any issues you may have. If for any reason you need to cancel the order, please notify me as soon as possible and we can see at what stage the order is in. I cannot guarantee a full refund. Depending if printing has started or not. Possible partial refunds may be possible. No refund policy is applied for the customization fee due to the nature of designing work. Items lost in the mail due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses cannot be refunded or re-routed. Please make sure that you triple-check your shipping address when checking out. Although I cannot control how the post office handles your products, if something arrives and is damaged, please contact me immediately and we will work out a solution!
